BUYER TRUST COMES FIRST

Visibility is not a verdict.

A provider must fit the work. Paying for exposure cannot establish competence.

Before a listing goes live

We require an identifiable business, clear services and coverage, evidence of relevant competence and a contact route. Credentials must be checked against their scope and issuing body where available. We must establish who delivers the work, relevant insurance and a complaints route. A listing does not certify every job or replace the buyer’s checks.

How a future introduction should work

We first clarify the requested work, location and important constraints. Before sharing details, we identify the intended recipient, explain any introduction fee and ask for agreement. Applying for a listing does not guarantee enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not book work.

Paid placement and ranking

There are currently no published provider listings or paid placements. If introduced, sponsored positions will be marked at the point of display. Relevance to the requested service and location, current evidence and capacity must be considered separately from payment. We will publish the ordering method before launching a directory.

The Vivid Planner connection

Using Vivid Planner is not a condition of applying or a competence credential. Optional software contact is separate from a listing application. Our commercial relationship must not change the explanation of a duty or the outcome of an evidence check.

Concerns and corrections

A substantiated concern should trigger review of the listing and any affected introductions. We may pause visibility while evidence is checked. A provider should have a chance to respond, with the buyer kept informed of relevant limitations. We do not publish invented ratings or customer reviews.
